DoubleStar Founder & CEO, Harry Griendling, is pleased to announce the launch of Talent/IQ Advisors, a consulting firm focused on improving clients’ business outcomes by improving their approach to talent. Talent/IQ Advisors offers business-centered solutions in Leadership Mentoring, Leadership & Team Development, Talent Market Analytics, and Customized Training on Talent Management practices.

Harry Griendling will continue to serve as CEO of DoubleStar and also serve as Managing Partner of Talent/IQ Advisors. Kevin Drury, CFO, and co-owner of DoubleStar, will assume the role of DoubleStar’s COO.
