Getting Teams to Work More Effectively

Client Situation

The T/A Team of a nationwide retail service company needed help in focusing the T/A team of working together more effectively, and to reduce turnover from within its ranks.

Our Solution

Talent/IQ Advisors (T/IQ) partnered with the Director of Talent Acquisition to deliver individual and team self-awareness training to help each individual understand and appreciate the strengths and differences they and their peers brought to the workplace. Action plans were developed for each team members – and the Director – to immediately modify unproductive behaviors and build trust within the team.


This project resulted in a team with greatly reduced internal turnover, and a significant reduction in the vacancy rate of key client facing roles, due to better collaboration between managers and talent acquisition.
