The US division of a global retailer needed to improve the leadership skills of HIPO team members.
Talent/IQ Advisors (T/IQ) partnered with the Divisional Business Leader to establish Leadership training targets for the HIPO group. From those targets, T/IQ developed a fully customized Leadership Development program, which consisted of live group training, interactive discovery exercises, and a customized Leadership Development model for the group to use for continued development post-event.
The output of this course was a customized Leadership Skills Road Map for each individual based upon their self-assessments and 360-degree feedback. These plans opened dialogue about skills development needs that were previously difficult for the Business Leader to broach. Two years later, the workbook is still in use to monitor and plan Leadership development initiatives for participants.
