Client Situation

An SVP with a Fortune-50 pharmaceutical developer wanted his global talent leadership team to improve the operational efficiency of their business units while integrating core standards of practice across their global footprint.

Our Solution

After conducting an assessment of the client’s current operational state, Talent/IQ Advisors (T/IQ) worked with each Business Unit Leader to define their specific future states, clarify gaps, and build new processes/training initiatives to prepare each team for the changes needed.  This included one-on-one mentoring, small group training, and developing the new standards and change plan to insure rapid, smooth adaptation.


This initiative was completed in 6 months, delivering operational improvements across 5 business units in the US and EU.  It included customized training for over 90 current and up-and-coming leaders from 7 countries in 15 different locations.  The client used this solution as a model for all global change initiatives over the following 3 years.
